Football (or soccer as it is commonly referred to in America) has made great inroads into the world’s biggest sports market since the USA 94 World Cup. With the likes of Clint Dempsey and Tim Howard having graced the English Premier League, Christian Pulisic currently making a name for himself at Chelsea, and the continued success of the USWNT, it’s hard to think of a time where soccer in America was this popular.
